John Charles Erwin

Director of Research & Programming

John Charles “JC” is a junior management major at The University of Alabama from Mobile, AL, and works as the Research and Program Director with TSH Consulting.

In this role, he oversees the student tutoring program he helped establish, managing a team of tutors and guiding them to deliver effective sessions. He also coordinates program operations through data management, presentations, and research efforts, ensuring continual improvement and measurable impact for both tutors and students.

JC is an active member of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity where he contributes to chapter initiatives and campus involvement.

Through these experiences, he has developed strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills while effectively balancing his academic and professional responsibilities. JC plans to pursue a career in business management and continue growing as a driven and impactful leader in organizational development and consulting.
