Dr. Tim Hebson is a longtime higher education leader best known for his service at The University of Alabama, where he spent nearly two decades in student life administration.

As CEO, he oversees all consulting and life coaching operations, working with clients and students to help them succeed both on and off campus.

He joined UA in 2002 as Director of Student Judicial Affairs, later serving as Associate Dean and then Dean of Students from 2007 until his retirement in 2020, when he was named Dean of Students Emeritus. During his tenure, he oversaw student programs ranging from Greek life to crisis management, advised student organizations, and launched initiatives like the Believe UA mentoring program, which improved student success and retention.

Widely respected for his dedication to students, he received numerous awards recognizing his leadership and service. Today, he continues contributing to the field through his consulting firm, TSH Consulting LLC.
